1. Three step forming method

2. Four step forming method
Use two hydraulic presses, install a sliding table on the hydraulic press workbench and sliding block, and install two groups of molds on the upper and lower sliding tables. Under the action of the push-pull cylinder, the sliding table moves along the worktable and the sliding block. Therefore, four processes can be performed on two hydraulic presses to form the housing. The forging process is as follows: after heating the blank, transfer it to the hydraulic press. At this time, a group of molds on the hydraulic press coincide with the hydraulic press. Formed in one station; The workpiece after pressing is sent to the second station, the push-pull cylinder acts at the same time, the pressure of the second station coincides with the equipment, and the slider goes down to complete the upsetting and extrusion of the second forming process; The upsetting and extruding parts are transferred to the second hydraulic press, which is similar to the first hydraulic press to complete the primary reverse extrusion and secondary reverse extrusion processes in turn.
